    I am starting at Beginner 1 mode and I am doing the 30 Day Challenge for all sets. Started at about a 20 minute workout and now at 11 days I am about at one hour work out a day. I plan on starting at the beginning to level after the 30 days is up and continuing moving from there. Our use the ads as my rest time. Eventually I may go pro.

    I have played sports my entire life and played volleyball all the way through college. I work out about 4 days a week but found myself doing the same workouts or not working out as long as I could. This app plans out my workouts and makes it easy to follow along and make sure I’m making the most of my workout!! I would highly recommend!

    UPDATE: Practically perfect now! No issues w/ Apple Watch as it syncs properly between devices and Health app. Likewise, customization is more extensive from custom cycles to instructor settings to operation controls. Great app for the 7-Minute exercise! I love how easy this is to use from the UI interface to the audio markers & health stats. Works great w/ Apple Health. My only gripe is w/ the Apple Watch component. It crashes halfway through every time I have a workout. I have to then restart the workout and wait for it to catch to where it last worked to get a finished workout recorded. A pain!! Fix that and this is the perfect app for this exercise regime.

    I have allowed myself to get out of shape because of the time excuse. Who can’t find 7 minutes a day of their morning routine to put towards their health. I have started with the full body workout which has shown me exactly how out of shape I have allowed myself to get. I’m going to continue with this workout each morning then will add to it once my breathing can handle it.
