    Seems like the app is crashing much more frequently. Start an article only to have it freeze and crash.

    I like the app overall, but it is annoying to read several stories then receive alerts about them later that day or even days later. A story alert should come out when the story is new like in previous versions, not after I’ve already read it.

    I think it’s bizarre that push notifications from this app go to a web link where you may not be signed into your subscription. Why wouldn’t they go to the story in the app? It’s annoying and inconvenient. Support confirmed that was what was supposed to happen.

  • Keeps ignoring my paid subscription

    It used to work just fine but now it keeps saying I reached my monthly limit even though it keeps charging me each month. No response from customer services to my numerous emails asking for assistance. There is no support phone number that I could find. I been having this problem for several months. Reinstalled several times. I giving up on this app.
  • Peculiar missing feature

    Downloaded the app and it worked fine, BUT. There is no way to access the comic page (I like to read Doonesbury). I just spent 30-40 minutes talking to Trib Tech support and the best they could do, after trying several things and having me delete and reinstall the App, was to get me to the front page of the paper and having me move through the entire paper to page 41. The tech person specifically said that was the ONLY WAY to access the comics section! Weird IMO. And a pain.

  • Ipad app doesn’t sync saved articles

    I just realized that the ipad app isn’t syncing my saved articles. I had saved a bunch or articles using the iphone app, with the intention of reading them on my larger ipad, and now I can’t. I tried to log out and log in, delete and reinstall the app, to no avail.

    Every day I get an email called Tribune Day Watch but I usually can’t read the full article even though I am a digital subscriber and I am sore as heck

    Just when I was about to cancel my subscription, they updated the app and it works great! Still a little weird that articles repeat themselves as you scroll down top stories, but it doesn’t crash any more!
